Choose one shot from your Shot Breakdown and create a finished animation with it (fully colored, all applicable effects, etc.). If you are using 2D puppets, then alternatively you can create a walk cycle or simple acting test with 1 finished puppet as a test of concept.
The purpose of this test is to check and see how long does it realistically take to complete one shot in your chosen style, ideally with enough time to make changes if the style ends up being impractical to work with.
